With Preaching Cohort:
You will get individual feedback on two sermons, which will be individually tailored to you, your context, and your preaching goals
You will meet with Ashley and the Cohort for five one-hour video calls
You will have an opportunity to reflect on your context and your preaching style
You will create better sermons, faster and feel more confident in your calling to preach
The core of Preaching Cohort is individual feedback on two sermons.
Before the sermons, the Cohort will have a one-hour video call with Ashley. In this call, you will discuss sermon preparation and what you want to focus on in Preaching Cohort. The call will help you draft and revise your sermon.
You will deliver your sermons in your context.
After you preach, Ashley and the Cohort will review a recording of your sermon, taking careful notes.
You will meet to give each other feedback on each sermon.
You will receive feedback from Ashley and the Cohort on your sermon, paying attention to the aspects you wanted to focus on for this sermon.
Each call will build on the work of the previous Cohort sessions.
